    • Obtained jury trial verdict in commercial real estate dispute and upheld trial court judgment throughout appellate process to the Texas Supreme Court. Longfellow v. RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc., 2008 WL 2404233 (Tex.App. - Ft. Worth, 2008)
    • Successful defense of business in FLSA collective action. Carrell, et al., v. L&S Plumbing Partnership, Ltd., 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 84391 (S.D. Tex. 2011)
    • Obtained Summary Judgment in suit seeking class action certification and recovered costs for client in same. Sherrill v. RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc., 4:10cv690 (E.D.Tex. 2012)
    • Successful appeal before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in employment discrimination suit. Neely v. News America Publishing, Inc., 52 F.3d 1067 (5th Cir. 1995)
    • Obtained Summary Judgment as well as award of attorney's fees in commercial dispute. Bosch v. Crestar Bank, 2003 WL 21545929 (5th Cir. 2003)
    • Negotiated $1 Million settlement on behalf of contractor against product manufacturer in dispute arising from sale of defective plumbing parts
    • Representation of businesses in wide range of contract and business disputes, including construction, employment, real estate, and intellectual property matters
