Molly is a member of the firm’s construction litigation section.  She currently counsels and defends design professionals against suits alleging design defects.  Ms. Smith also has experience representing general contractors and subcontractors in alleged defect and delay damage litigation.  Ms. Smith has previous legal experience representing clients in civil litigation, personal injury, premises and product liability, transportation and automobile litigation, eminent domain matters, and other general insurance litigation matters.

Molly received her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.  While in law school, Ms. Smith served on Law Review and earned Dean’s List honors.  She was also recognized to practice law before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.  Ms. Smith interned with the United States Office of Special Counsel and volunteered with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Smith was a high school English teacher and administrator.
