Kerri A. Panchuk

Kerri Ann Panchuk brings extensive experience in civil litigation, with a practice focused on real estate disputes, transportation matters, and commercial real estate litigation. Her multidisciplinary background combines legal experience with a career in business journalism, providing clients with a practical and analytical perspective on complex commercial issues. Kerri is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
 
Before practicing law, Kerri covered the commercial mortgage-backed securities market in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, including Congress and the Federal Reserve’s response to the subprime mortgage market collapse.
