Nicholas L. Penn

Nick is an associate in the Dallas office and practices construction litigation for design professionals including architects and engineers focusing on defending professionals against malpractice, breach of contract, and construction defect claims as well as a variety of matters pertaining to claims of premises liability, general negligence, and intentional torts. Nick attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and participated in the Aggie Bar Association.
