Mr. Rechner focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on banking, creditor's rights and real estate litigation.
Mr. Rechner has extensive courtroom experience representing financial institutions throughout the state of Texas. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Rechner has argued and obtained hundreds of judgments totaling in excess of $290 million on behalf of his clients, including approximately $40 million in the last year alone. In addition, he has considerable experience in the enforcement and collection of money judgments statewide.
