Denise is an associate in the Dallas office and practices primarily construction litigation for design professionals including architects and engineers. She focuses on defending professionals against malpractice, breach of contract, and construction defect claims.
Denise’s litigation experience also includes representing clients in child protective services matters including representation of children, parents, and the Texas Department of Family Services. She also has experience in debt collection and bankruptcy matters including representation of both creditors and debtors.
Denise is an active member of her church choir and handbell ensemble where she can be found most Sundays.
